1. The Vremena Goda Hotel is intended for temporary residence of citizens for a period agreed with the Hotel administration. Upon expiration of the agreed period, the resident is obliged to vacate the room at the request of the administration. If you wish to extend your stay, you must inform the Hotel administrator no later than 2 hours before check-out time - 12 noon local time. Extension of the period of stay in the same room is possible only if there is no confirmed reservation for it in favor of third parties.
2. Checkout time is 12 noon local time. Guests can check in from 2 p.m. local time.
3. The operating hours of the Vremena Goda Hotel are 24 hours a day.
4. Check-in at the Hotel for citizens is carried out upon presentation of their passport. If the guest agrees with the current rules of the Vremena Goda Hotel and registers the stay, the contract for the provision of hotel services is considered concluded.
5. The Hotel Administration has the right to enter into a reservation agreement. If there are free places, the administration accepts requests for reservations from legal entities and individuals through postal, telephone and other communications that allow us to reliably establish that the application comes from the consumer.
6. When making a reservation, accommodation or free check-in, the guest selects a room category, and the right to choose a specific room belonging to this category remains with the Hotel administration. In case of no-show, a fee will be charged for the actual downtime of the room, but not more than one day.
7. Payment for accommodation and services at the Hotel is carried out at free (negotiable) prices, according to the price list approved by the Hotel management.
8. Payment for accommodation is charged from 14:00 of the current day, local time. If a guest is free to check in at night from 00:00 to 14:00 (checkout time), check-in to the room is made in the reserved room, provided that no third parties live in the reserved room.
9. Children up to 10 years old inclusive - without extra beds stay free of charge, breakfast is paid separately (cost 1000 rubles)
10. Check-in of guests under 18 years of age is possible only with parents/guardians or with notarized consent from the parents. There is no charge for booking a room.
11. In the event of a guest’s refusal to stay or a shortening of the period of stay, the administration has the right to withhold from the advance payment made by the guest (his guarantor) an amount equal to the cost of one night’s stay. This amount is the fee for reserving a room in the guest's name for the entire period of his stay. Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. Guests will be charged the first night if canceled within 1 day of arrival.
11. If a guest reserves a non-refundable rate, the following rules apply:
- If the rate is non-refundable, the room is booked subject to full payment of the stay at the time of booking
- If the rate is non-refundable, it is not possible to make changes to the reservation (transferring check-in dates, guest names, etc.).
- If the rate is non-refundable, in case of cancellation of the reservation, penalties are imposed - the full cost of the stay is non-refundable.
12. At the request of residents, with the consent of the administration, unauthorized persons are allowed to be in the room from 08:00 to 23:00; To do this, the visitor must provide the administrator at the reception with an ID card.
13. In case of a visitor’s delay in a guest’s room after 23:00 or a registered guest of an unauthorized person being escorted to the Hotel at night (from 23:00 to 08:00), these persons must be registered for accommodation in the guest’s room. For such accommodation, payment will be charged according to the price list approved at the Vremena Goda Hotel.
14. The following have the right to priority accommodation in the Hotel, subject to availability: Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation, full holders of the Order of Glory; employees of the prosecutor's office, employees of internal affairs bodies, employees of the judiciary, the tax service, employees of federal government communications and information agencies (in the performance of their official duties); disabled people of the 1st group and persons accompanying them (no more than one person); other categories of citizens in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
15. Participants of the Great Patriotic War, disabled people of the 2nd and 3rd groups and persons accompanying them, check into the Hotel first of all, as places become available.
16. Bed linen is changed once every three days.
17. Towels are changed and rooms are cleaned daily. Toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper) are replaced upon consumption.
18. The hotel provides residents with the following types of free services:
- calling an ambulance;
- use of a first aid kit;
- provision of dental kit, shaving kit;
- call a taxi;
- delivery of correspondence to the room upon its receipt;
- wake-up at a certain time;
- use of an iron and ironing board;
- Wi-Fi wireless Internet services;
- use of electricity household appliances installed in the room.
19. The hotel provides the guest with additional services for a fee at his request in accordance with the list and register of prices for additional services.
20. The hotel is not responsible for the operation of city services (emergency shutdown of electrical and thermal energy, water supply).
21. The resident is obliged:
- when leaving the room, close the water taps and windows;
- comply with the rules of residence established at the Hotel;
- maintain cleanliness, silence and public order in the room and the Hotel;
- strictly observe fire safety rules;
- compensate for damage in case of loss, damage or damage to the Hotel property. The assessment of the damage caused is made on the basis of the “Official price list of the value of the property of LLC “POLIGHT SERVICE”, subject to compensation in the event of complete or partial damage, loss, or theft”;
- bear responsibility for the actions of visitors invited to his room;
- exclude the possibility of infection occurring in the room;
- pay in a timely manner and in full for all additional services provided by the Hotel.
22. The following is prohibited at the Hotel:
- leave unauthorized persons in the room, as well as give them a room key card;
- store bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, chemical and radioactive substances, mercury;
- keep animals in the room;
- smoking in the rooms, as well as in the halls and corridors of the Hotel;
- be under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
- use heating devices if this is not provided in the hotel room;
- disturb the peace of guests living in adjacent rooms.
23. All rooms are declared strictly non-smoking; the guest staying in them agrees to pay a fine of 5,000 rubles for smoking in the room, which will be used to clean the room and the air from the smell of smoke.
24. The administration is not responsible for the loss of the guest’s valuables in the room if he violates the rules of stay at the Hotel. If forgotten items are discovered, the administration takes measures to return them to their owners. If the owner is not found, the administration reports the finding to the police or local government.
25. The Hotel Administration reserves the right to visit the room without the consent of the guest in the event of smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of violation by the guest of these rules of residence, public order, and the procedure for using household appliances.
26. The Hotel has the right to terminate the contract for the provision of hotel services unilaterally or refuse to extend the period of stay if the guest violates the rules of residence, untimely payment for Hotel services, or the guest causes material damage to the Hotel.
27. If a guest is absent from his place of residence for more than 24 hours (or after 6 hours from the time of his check-out), the Hotel administration has the right to create a commission and make an inventory of the property located in the room. The administration takes material assets in the form of cash, precious metals, valuable documents and other property under its own responsibility.
28. The book of reviews and suggestions is kept by the administrator on duty and is issued upon request of the guest.
29. In the event of complaints from the consumer, the administration takes all possible measures to resolve the conflict, provided for by law.
30. In cases not provided for by these rules, the administration and the consumer are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
